Hotel FIS - Štrbské Pleso

Located right next to the pristine Štrbské Lake in the foothills of the High Tatras, Hotel FIS offers cosy accommodation at the entrance to the Mlynická Valley. Ski slopes, cross country tracks, and hiking trails arewithin 50 metres of the FIS. Wi-Fi is free in some rooms. Wellness centre can be enjoyed free of charge.

The newly-furnished rooms offer a comfort in a mountain style. Each room has a private bathroom and most of the rooms have a private balcony. The on-site restaurant and a lobby bar serves Slovak and international cuisine.

Opened in 2013, the spa and wellness facilities include a relaxation room, infrared sauna, steam sauna, Finnish sauna, hot tub and treatment rooms. Some areas overlook the ski jumps. A well-equipped gym, and sports hall for playing volleyball, basketball, mini-football, and tennis are also available. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis or pool.

The lobby and café have been refurbished in 2012.rooms were renovated in 2017.

This dog-friendly hotel also accommodates dogs for a surcharge on certain floors.

This hotel was named after the international ski federation, the FIS, and was officially launched by FIS president Mark Hodler in 1970. The FIS Hotel is the largest accommodation and sporting complex in the High Tatra Mountains.

Poprad Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
